  • With over a decade of specialized legal experience, Lia is a powerhouse in her field, blending sharp legal expertise with a warm, client-first approach. For seven years, she served as a Managing Attorney, and for the past four years, she has been a dedicated Partner, guiding teams, driving revenue growth, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Her deep understanding of the law and a passion for helping clients succeed make her an invaluable asset in the real estate sector—especially in tax lien lending, collections, and foreclosure. No matter the county, big or small, she has Texas covered.

    Beyond real estate, Lia has carved out a niche in the medical aesthetics and med spa industries, assisting entrepreneurs in establishing businesses on solid legal ground. From entity formation to regulatory compliance, she ensures clients navigate complex legal landscapes confidently and clearly.

    Whether she’s assisting real estate professionals with intricate transactions or guiding med spa owners through compliance matters, Lia approaches every case with strategic precision and a genuine commitment to her clients’ success.

    When she’s not in the thick of legal strategy, you’ll find her surrounded by her beloved pack of dogs or traveling to Iowa and New Mexico to visit family. She’s as dedicated in life as she is in law—loyal, knowledgeable, and always ready to lend a hand.

  • Ruby is a passionate, dedicated, and proud first-generation Latina family law attorney, committed to guiding her clients through some of life’s most difficult legal challenges with compassion, expertise, and fierce advocacy. As the lead family law attorney at LDG, PLLC, she takes on cases involving Child Protection Services (CPS), representing both parents and children, as well as adoption, contested and uncontested divorces, and complex custody disputes.

    She understands that family is at the heart of everything—it’s the foundation of our culture, our communities, and our lives. When a family is in crisis, the effects ripple far beyond the immediate household. That’s why Ruby approaches every case with a balance of strategic precision and deep empathy, ensuring her clients feel heard, supported, and empowered through the legal process. Judicial intervention can be overwhelming, but with Ruby in your corner, you’ll have an advocate who not only fights for your best interests but truly understands the personal and cultural significance of family dynamics.

    Beyond the courtroom, Ruby is a dedicated advocate for family law scholarship and Latino civic engagement. She co-authored the education section in the 2024 ABA Hispanic Legal Rights Commission Report and regularly speaks on legal panels about the evolving landscape of family law.

    As a commissioner for the ABA Hispanic Legal Rights and Responsibilities Commission, she works to develop and support initiatives that educate lawyers on how to best serve and support the Latino community. Mentorship is also close to her heart—she has worked with the National Hispanic Institute to help shape future leaders through critical thinking and problem-solving.

    Ruby is an active member of the Travis County Women Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association (ABA), and the Austin Bar Association, continuously engaging with the legal community to stay ahead of trends and best practices. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she ensures that every client, regardless of background, receives personalized, thoughtful, and effective legal counsel.
